Picture Perfect Calistoga

Last March, as part our Napa Valley tour, we stopped at Calistoga

As a portrait/editorial photographer, I tend to focus on people. While walking around Calistoga, which is a very small town, I couldn't help but focus on the architecture. I truly felt part of small-town America. Most of the shops and restaurants are found on two crossing streets, Lincoln Avenue and Washington Street.

Below are some of my favourite images.

Okanagan Falls Flea Market

For those you that follow me on Instagram, you know how many of my images are of people. I truly enjoy people watching and capturing peoples' emotions. There's so much that we say, even without words.

Below are my impressions of my recent trip to the Okanagan Falls Flea Market (that's been running in the same location for more than 25 years).

Let me know which ones are your favourite in the comment section.

One Morning in San Franscisco

We spent a morning in San Franscisco before we headed to Napa Valley back in March.  Having been a lover of 1960s music since my teens, visiting the Haight-Ashbury district was a must.

Below are photos from that morning.

We'd been up since 3 am and were dying for a cup of coffee!

She was just too interesting for me not to photograph
As was this gentleman.
And this one.
